At The Phoenix, we know that we’re not the first bar/eatery in Sydney to claim a unique twist on traditional foods and good drink, nor will we be the last. It almost seems that every other day, there’s a new style pop-up bistro or coffee house opening its doors, and that’s something not likely to change any time soon. What we can say, though, is that when you walk through The Phoenix’s doors, you’ll be greeted with a Greek menu unlike any other in Sydney, alongside some of the tastiest, most refreshing drinks this side of Tom Cruise’s bar in ‘Cocktail’ (and we’re just as flash at concocting them, too).

Theo likes to use high quality, fresh ingredients in his cooking. He has a passion for designing and creating Greek food with a twist and has gathered many years of inspiration growing up in Moschato, Athens. Theo has created an exciting upscale menu that encompasses the passion of Traditional Greek cuisine with the flare of modern cooking.  He has spent many years cheffing in top restaurants and hotels in Greece, Germany & Australia and now as the Head Chef at Phoenix he wants to explode your taste buds with all of his best creations.
