Breakfast lands at The Phoenix for 2016

Our breakfast menu takes its inspiration from the Mediterranean diet.

At The Phoenix, we are always trying to come up with new and inventive ways to keep our valued customers coming back. Some of you return for our scrumptious range of Greek food, others for the fine selection of local craft beers that tempt the taste buds like nothing else. Maybe you pay us a visit after a long week in the office and just want to kick back with a glass of the good stuff, or you bring the family along for the occasional Sunday dinner.

The Breakfast Club

Whichever the case may be, we're always trying to listen to our customers to find out what they think could make the place a little better, and implement these ideas where we can. One of the most popular suggestions was that we add a breakfast menu to our existing lunch and dinner one, and, after a little bit of research and taste testing, that's exactly what we've done. Over the weekend of the 20th and 21st of February, The Phoenix showcased it's brand spanking new breakfast choices for the very first time.

The most important meal of the day

Of course, we've not just cobbled together a selection of breakfast items that you could find at any restaurant in Sydney. Rather, you'll find a mouthwatering selection that takes its inspiration from the Mediterranean region just as our main menu does, so think tomatoes, freshly baked bread, cheeses and meats. We won't give away too much more, but come along one morning when you're feeling a little peckish to see what we can rustle up for you.

One thing's for sure – after a breakfast at The Phoenix, your stomach won't be rumbling any longer. You could even take it upon yourself to pop back later with your friends for a beer, and perhaps sample our main menu – we promise you that it's a culinary experience you won't find anywhere else in the city!
