We're firing up the BBQ and bringing a little piece of Greece to The Phoenix for an unforgettable Sunday lunch and we couldn't think of anyone better to lead the way than the man who helped us build this place.Chef Theo Karvouniaris, a cornerstone of The Phoenix since the very beginning, is returning to create a menu that is as authentic and homely as it gets.
Inspired by the flavours, aromas, and traditions of Greece, Theo's menu will transport you straight to the Mediterranean, no passport required.Picture open BBQ rotisseries turning slowly, the smell of charred meat and lemon filling the air, and the kind of generous, soul-warming food that only comes from someone who truly loves what they cook.
